 Hermanus was cold and cloudy today, almost winter again

Almost did not make it to the cliffs

But, made some time this afternoon and was duly rewarded

Southern right whales giving their best this season

The light was poor and the breaching far off, but was rewarded

And yet again

 Another beautiful day in Hermanus

Almost a summer's day with a clear sunny morning greeting the whales in Walker Bay

During the course of the day there were several sightings from the cliffs and another breaching

The Southern right whales at Hermanus are surely very active and giving a great performance

How blessed are we

An early breach always a great start to any day

And then the usual sightings, that I never get tired off, excitement every time

A few birds passing by as the whales go on doing what wales do

And yet another breaching, a lot of energy used to perform like this
