Sunday morning and walking to Sopiesklip to pick up plastic waste on the beach

12.1 km hike along the coastline

A bag full of plastic garbage that washed on the beach from the ocean

People tried to dig a trench to open Kleinriver lagoon during the night

Action was taken by municipality to rectify problem

Spotted a southern right whale and whale watching boat from the beach

Quite a few Black oystercatchers on the beach

Halfway through the hike, it started to drizzle and we got quite wet

On the way back it cleared and turned out to be a nice day
