A small group of dolphins swam through the bay today

 Indo-pacific bottlenose dolphins

From the cliffs of Hermanus

 After a very rewarding whale season, I thought that was it

But, today a mother and calf was very lazy in travelling from Grotto to Gearings Point

I followed them all the way and was duly rewarded

If this is the end, it was good enough

I thought I saw something with the whales and indeed, a Humpback dolphin was swimming past

The same pair as yesterday

Every day seeing them is a bonus

 I thought the whales were gone

Today I saw a mother and calf in a distance and knew they are still here

Later in the afternoon at Sievers Punt, a mother and calf were toying around

What a great sight at the end of the season

Hope to see them for a couple of days more
